These Terms apply to use of this website and to enquiries and quotations for bespoke tables supplied by Prestige Bespoke Tables, a service from Prestige Granite & Marble Ltd. Any order-specific terms agreed with you in writing take priority if they differ from these website terms.

The content on this website is provided for general information about our products and services. We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free or fully up to date. You must not misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its operation, or copy website content for commercial use without permission.

Product Information

Images, samples, descriptions and dimensions are provided as a guide. Stone, quartz and other materials can vary in colour, pattern, veining, finish and appearance. Final specifications, sizes, materials, bases, edges and finishes should be checked and confirmed before an order is placed.

Quotations

Quotations are based on the information available when they are prepared. This means:

prices may change if the size, design, material, base, finish, delivery location, access requirements or installation details change;

a quotation is valid for the period stated on it, or for 30 days if no period is stated;

we may correct obvious errors, omissions or pricing mistakes before accepting an order;

a quotation is not a confirmed order until the order details and payment requirements have been agreed.

Bespoke Orders

Bespoke tables are made to order using the agreed specification. Please check all order details carefully before confirming, including dimensions, material, colour, finish, table base, delivery address and access information. Changes after confirmation may affect the price, lead time and availability of materials, and may not be possible once production has started.

Payment

Deposit, balance and payment timing requirements will be confirmed with your order. Work, delivery or installation may be delayed if payment is not received when due. Ownership of goods remains with us until they have been paid for in full, while your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Delivery And Installation

Delivery and installation arrangements are confirmed as part of the order process. The following points apply unless different arrangements are agreed in writing:

lead times and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly confirmed otherwise;

you must provide accurate delivery details, safe access, suitable parking where needed, and a clear installation area;

large or heavy items may require suitable access, sufficient space and additional assistance or equipment;

additional costs may apply if delivery fails because access information was incomplete, the site was not ready, or arrangements are changed at short notice;

please inspect the table on delivery or installation and tell us promptly if there is any issue.

Cancellations, Returns And Faults

Because bespoke and personalised goods are made to your specification, cancellation and return rights may be limited once an order is confirmed or production has started. This does not affect your statutory rights for goods that are faulty, damaged, misdescribed or not supplied with reasonable care and skill.

Care And Use

You are responsible for using and caring for the table appropriately after delivery or installation. Avoid misuse, heavy impact, excessive heat, unsuitable chemicals and anything contrary to care guidance provided with the product.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not responsible for indirect losses, business losses, loss of profit, or losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.

Intellectual Property

Website content, photography, copy, product descriptions and design material belong to Prestige Bespoke Tables, Prestige Granite & Marble Ltd or their licensors. You may view the website for personal, non-commercial use, but you must not reproduce, distribute or exploit the content without permission.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales, unless consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim somewhere else.
